Participatory guidance system enabling autonomous navigation without satellites, based on ultra-precise quantum inertial units. A citizen network of reference stations provides time-stamped, secured anchor points, forming a resilient and collaborative global mesh in service of sovereign navigation.
Body and AI
Sovereign AI system, integrated and sustained through the involvement of thousands of French citizens: daily exercises (3 minutes) completed by citizens on their smartphones (short, playful game). Enables continuous learning to evolve the AI and ensure its guidance adapts to adversaries’ changing tactics.
Wings
Coating with a highly flexible and supple fine metallic mesh, resistant to extreme heat and friction — co-designed with a network of European industrial partners: co-dependence index = 11%; trust index = AA / AAAA.

The wings and tail retract and extend to different spans, depending on the flight profiles:
For penetrating a defended area: low-altitude subsonic flight; deployment of the tail at maximum angle for gliding.
For flight outside restricted areas: supersonic flight; tail retracted to reduce air resistance.
AI guidance and management
Its guidance and management are provided by integrated AI, which serves as an interface with a human chain of command.
