INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The User acknowledges that the Site and its content (hereinafter the “Content” including, but not limited to, all text, graphics, images, logos, names, trademarks, denominations, sounds, photographs, iconographies, videos, drawings, data, software or other) are protected by intellectual property law and are the exclusive property of Mazette.co or are licensed to Mazette.co.
The Site and/or its Content may not under any circumstances be modified, reproduced, represented, distributed, displayed, marketed, integrated into a derivative work or otherwise, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever. In general, the Site and its Content may only be used for browsing the Site and, where applicable, for using the Services.
The use of all or part of the Site and/or its Content, in particular by downloading, reproduction, transmission or representation for purposes other than those set out in this Legal Notice, is strictly prohibited. Subject to compliance with this Legal Notice, Mazette.co grants Users a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the Site and its Content for the sole purpose of consulting the Site and using the Services.
With the exception of the foregoing, Users are strictly prohibited from :
- coping, reproducing, representing, distributing, publishing, permanently or temporarily, all or part of the Site or its Content by any means and on any medium known or unknown to date;
- creating derivative works from the Site or its Content;
- modifying, translating, adapting, or arranging, all or part of the Site or its Content;
- disassembling, decompiling or reverse engineering the Site or its Content ;
- selling, renting, licensing or exploiting, in any way whatsoever, without the express prior written consent of PSL, all or part of the Site or its Content.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Mazette.co, as the party responsible for processing personal data, endeavours and undertakes to protect the privacy of Users in accordance with legal requirements and in particular Law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended (known as the “Informatique et Libertés” law) - and any law or directive that may supplement or replace it - as well as European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (“RGPD”).
The Site does not collect any cookies from Users.
Mazette.co may collect and process the following User data:
- first and last name ;
- professional status, position and employer;
- email address.
This data is collected solely via the site's dedicated contact form, which is accessible to all Users. It may be kept for a maximum of three years from the date of collection.
All data collection is based on the consent of Users who provide it directly. It may only be used for the purposes of answering Users' requests and questions and, if necessary, to contact them again to send them newsletters and other communications relating to the RedTeam initiative.
The data collected will not be transmitted externally by PSL.
Pursuant to Chapter III of the RGPD relating to the rights of the data subject, the User may at any time request access to the data collected from Mazette.co, the data controller. Under the same conditions, the User may also assert a right to data portability, erasure, rectification and a right to object to processing. The User may also withdraw the consent on which the processing was based at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to withdrawal. Mazette.co has appointed a Data Protection Officer. To exercise your rights or for any other question relating to the protection of personal data, the User may contact them via the following means:

Mazette.co may ask the User to provide proof of identity before responding to their request. The User may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) if the User considers that the processing to which they have been subjected has been carried out in breach of the European Data Protection Regulation.
Mazette.co is committed to ensuring the protection of Users' personal data.

The Site may contain links to other websites. Insofar as Mazette.co cannot exercise control over these third-party websites, Mazette.co makes no commitment as to the availability or content of these sites, and declines all responsibility for the content, advertising, products, services or any other material available on or from these external sites or sources.
Mazette.co also disclaims any liability for any actual or alleged damage or loss arising out of or in connection with the use of, or reliance on, any content, goods or services available on such third-party websites.
Guarantees and Liability
The User's responsibility
When using the Site or accessing the Services, the User undertakes to :
- remain courteous and refrain from any derogatory remarks or behaviour likely to harm Mazette.co, other Users or any third party in any way whatsoever;
- not to attempt to disrupt or compromise the integrity or security of Mazette.co's system, or to decrypt any transmission to or from the servers of the Site or the Services;
- not to download invalid data, viruses, worms or any other software agent via the Site or the Services;
- not to impersonate any person or entity, use a false name or make false statements when using the Site or Services;
- not to engage in any act of piracy, send unsolicited e-mails or carry out any phishing operation against Mazette.co or other Users;
- not to use the Site or Services in any manner that is inconsistent with this Legal Notice.
MAZETTE.CO'S RESPONSIBILITY
Mazette.co updates the Site on a regular basis, but cannot guarantee Users the accuracy or timeliness of all information published. Consequently, Mazette.co declines all responsibility for any inaccuracies, omissions or errors.
The Site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to:
- force majeure;
- internet network availability;
- temporary suspension of the Site for technical reasons related to Site updates, maintenance or any other technical cause. Mazette.co undertakes, on the basis of an obligation of means, to provide access to the Site and Services, to act with diligence and competence and to make every effort, within reasonable limits, to remedy any malfunction brought to its attention.
Mazette.co may, however, find itself obliged to suspend the Site or Services temporarily or permanently without notice, for technical maintenance reasons, whatever the origin or cause, without this entailing any liability on Mazette.co's part.
It should be noted that the Internet network and the computer and telecommunications systems used to access and use the Site are not error-free, and interruptions and breakdowns may occur from time to time. Mazette.co also declines all responsibility for the following:

- In the event of abnormal use or illicit exploitation of the Site.
APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
This Legal Notice is governed by French law.
In the event of a complaint or dispute concerning the application, interpretation or execution of this Legal Notice, the parties undertake to seek an amicable settlement to the dispute concerned before taking any legal action or resorting to a mediation procedure. Failing amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
MISCELLANEOUS
In the event that one or more of the provisions of the Legal Notice is considered invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or by applicable law or regulation, such provision(s) shall be nullified without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Legal Notice.
Mazette.co's failure to invoke any stipulation of the present Legal Notice may not be considered as a waiver of the benefit of said stipulation or of the right to invoke said stipulation at a later date or to claim compensation for any breach of said stipulation.
