At a time when defense must mobilize the entire nation, this new initiative supported by the Ministry of Armed Forces aims to work with citizens on defense foresight and strategic anticipation.

RRADAR is a conviction: to tackle uncertainty more effectively through new approaches to strategic foresight and anticipation; and then to collectively face up to them, reflect on their nature, and imagine what their impact might be at national and local level, in both military and civilian fields.

It's also an ambition: gather all the parties that are willing to lend their skills, thoughts, ideas and knowledge for defense purposes.

Above all, it's a commitment: to propose concrete solutions that strengthen the nation's defense and be prepared for future disruptions.

THE LEGACY OF THE RED TEAM DEFENSE INITIATIVE

This project is part of the momentum generated by the acclaimed Red Team Défense program. After three years of successful experimentation within the Defense Innovation Agency (AID), the French Direction Générale de l'Armement (DGA) is looking to change scale with the RADAR initiative.
